This is the worst peace of Orwellian  1984 type legislation I have ever had the misfortune to see let alone have to live with in my life so far.

The people in the Labour party should all be ashamed for not opposing it.

Edward Snowden was right to do what he did as was Julian Assange with wiki leeks.  The Labour party in my book should be supporting Assange and attempting to change the situation to offer him political asylum from the USA.  Its time politicians  all woke up and smelled the coffee. What has happened in Ukraine with the airliner is going to happen all over the world in fighting hot spots if we in more settled older democratic society’s   cannot show some degree of leadership of a sane variety, as will the genocide currently being played out in Syria and Gaza by the Israeli goverment and in central Africa.
We should be currently involved in sanctions against Israel as much as against Russia.  Not just accusing Putin of the action after all we supplied other fighters  in Libia and alike with weapons and expertise.

The other alternative is to take our noses out of the business of the rest of the world and go back to a little England approach and declare our selves neutral in all respects making no comment about any of the rest of the worlds activities in the way  Ukip is suggesting, though I hardly think given our history and our links with the commonwealth that this will actually be possible even if they Ukip get in.

The only bit they might be able to achieve is withdrawal from Europe and that will also prompt an eventual influx of more people from the commonwealth even if Ukip put monitory restrictions  on who can come in.  This will probable further increase the rise of right wing fascist racist support in the United kingdom. As many of the people who have voted for them will feel they have been let down and not got what they voted for  further eroding any belief in the democratic system.

Unless our goverment here in the United Kingdom  are prepared to  show an even handed civilized approach to how we respect our citizens, object to the uncivilized inhuman actions, and protect those who are whistle blowers and respect the work they do, raising awareness of illegal and rotten practices taking place at home and around the globe.

How can we expect other governments  to behave well and listen to any thing we might put forward as diplomatic solutions. When our own goverment  in this I currently include all members of parliament are prepared to abuse and misuse their power and statues to  behave in as immoral and high handed way in complete disrespect of the electorate.
